Selena Gomez, an actress and singer who is well-known internationally. She's been a part of many projects, but her involvement in the Disney Series Wizards of Waverly Place has had the greatest success. Selena Marie Gomez's full name is Selena Marie Gomez. Her birth date was July 22nd the 22nd of July, 1993 in Grand Prairie Texas. Parents were Amanda Cornett and Ricardo Gomez. Her mother was only sixteen when Selena was born. Her first professional showbiz job at age 9 when she played Gianna on Barney and her Friends. This meant she was among many children to have played with Barney, the famous anthropomorphic pink dinosaur. Selena was involved in several episodes in seasons 7 and 8, between 2001 and2003. Selena Gomez was not the only singer who sang in Barney and His Friends from 2001 to 2003. Demi Lorvato joined the cast as well. Selena Gomez had a few auditions for other films and shows after the end of Barney and Friends. She was not successful. In 2003, she had an unimportant role in Mini Spies 3: (Spy Kids 3D: Game Over) and also she was in Walker Texas Ranger Trial by Fire as Julie. The character in the film of Emily Grace Garcia was assigned to her in 2006's Brain Zapped, for which she wrote music.
