Annie Mist Thorisdottir comes from Reykjavik in Iceland. She runs and owns Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, in which she is a coach for athletes. Annie is the only female who has ever won at the CrossFit Games two times. Her second place was both in 2010, and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelander weightlifter, CrossFit competitor and media star is one of the CrossFit athletes from Iceland. She became famous for becoming the first woman to have taken home two CrossFit Games, in 2011 as well as 2012 She is also known for being the winner of the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 and 2017. Annie was born and raised in Iceland, Reykjavik with her siblings and parents. From a very young childhood, Annie was a huge sports enthusiast and was a fan of working out. She was awarded numerous medals at school events. As of 2009, she took part in the CrossFit competition in California. Annie Thorisdottir is expected to turn 31 in 2021. She's 5'7 tall, and weighs approximately 67 kg. Annie started her CrossFit adventure in California in the year 2009. At the beginning of her competition, she did very well and was ranked in the top 10 among 70. The team did not achieve any success in the tournament, and ended it with a ranking of 11. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. That same year, with Jami's guidance, she took home the gold medal at the CrossFit Games. After one year of CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performances brought her the honor of being named. In 2012, Annie was again the winner of her first CrossFit Games because of her extraordinary performance. She was the first female athlete who has won the two CrossFit Games consecutively. Additionally, in 2014 Annie received a Silver medal as well as, more recently, in 2021 she was awarded Bronze at the CrossFit Games. Annie is a coach and trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik. It was her idea. With rising fame as an athlete, Annie has appeared as a spokesperson for a number of brands in sports, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Periodization Nuun Hydration Sidekick Yerbae and many other.
